Is it cheaper or dearer through a partner?
Never dearer. You never pay more than the price on our website: in rupees in India, and in US dollars everywhere else. A partner can give you an extra discount out of their own share, so it's worth asking.
Who do I call when something breaks?
Us. Raise a ticket from Support in your workspace, like every customer. Support is free for the first year on every plan.
Can I buy directly from you instead?
Yes. Sign up on this website or book a call with our team. A partner is a choice, never a requirement.
Can my partner see my data?
Only if you add them to your workspace, like anyone else on your team. Your workspace and your data belong to you.
How do you choose partners?
They work on a first customer with our team before we list them. We only list partners we would send our own customers to.
How much do partners earn?
