How this is worked out
- Each cost is the published figure for a business that works fully by hand. Your answers apply all of it, two-thirds, one-third or none, so the estimate never goes above the research.
- Collating reports = team × 72% × 4 hours a month, valued at each person's pay (assuming a 40-hour week). 72% of project professionals spend half a day or more a month collating reports (Wellingtone, 2026).
- Switching apps = team × monthly salary × 9%. Workers lose about 9% of their time switching between apps (Harvard Business Review, 2022). Hours assume 4 hours a week per person.
- Looking for information = team × monthly salary × 19% × 50%. Workers spend about 19% of the week looking for internal information (McKinsey Global Institute, 2012); we count only half, because part of it is the app switching above.
- Missed follow-ups = enquiries × 20% with no follow-up × 20% you'd usually win × average order value (Harvard Business Review, 2011).

What is Oneintelligent AI?
Oneintelligent AI helps SMBs and growing businesses run on process, product and intelligence. A hands-on team fixes how your work flows, one AI-powered workspace runs it (CRM and sales, projects and tasks, customer service and HR in one place), and built-in intelligence plans the work and keeps it moving, until the business runs without you chasing it. The AI answers from your own data, drafts plans and follow-ups, always asks before it creates or changes anything, and never trains on your data. Oneintelligent is a product of Oneintelligence Technology Private Limited, based in Tamil Nadu, India.
What happens after the free month?
In your free month, we set up the process, product, and intelligence with you and measure two things together: how much more efficient your work becomes and how many of your team use it every day. We agree on both targets on the first call. At the end, you pay only when you see the efficiency gain and team adoption. If you do, you pick a plan and continue. You don't need a credit card to start.
What is the efficiency target we measure?
On your first call, we look at where your work gets stuck and agree one or two numbers to track, like hours spent on a weekly report or the share of tasks finished on time. We note where you are today, track the same numbers through your free month, and review them together at the end. The target is the improvement we aim for, and the efficiency gain is what you actually see. There's no fixed number for everyone, and you decide whether the gain is enough.
How does billing work?
Your first month is free, with no card. If you see the efficiency gain, you pick a plan and choose monthly or yearly billing for the people who need it; if not, you pay nothing. We send the invoice 15 days before each month or year starts, and you pay by the day it begins. In India, prices are in rupees and include GST; everywhere else, you pay in US dollars with no GST. If you add people partway through, you pay only for the days left, and the next invoice carries the new number. You can cancel any time: you keep using it until the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't refund part periods.
Do you offer discounts?
Pay yearly and save 20%. On top of that, teams of 20 or more get up to 30% off Standard and Pro, and registered non-profits get 30% off whatever their size. You get one of the two, whichever saves you more. Paying yearly plus an offer takes up to 44% off the monthly price. For the non-profit offer, send your registration papers (in India: Section 8 company certificate, or trust or society registration, plus a 12A/12AB or 80G certificate or an NGO Darpan ID); it lasts 12 months and we renew it each year. Can you buy through a partner near you?
Yes. Trusted partners sell Oneintelligent in India, and we're talking to partners in Dubai, London, Chicago and Germany. You never pay more than our website price, and support from us is still free for the first year. Meet them on our Partners page.
Is it hard for your team to learn?
No. Most teams are comfortable in 2–3 days, and our weekly sessions help everyone get comfortable. If it needed heavy training, it wouldn't get used, so we built it to need almost none.
Can your data come across from Excel and WhatsApp?
Yes. We move your Excel sheets and data from old products into the workspace, remotely or at your office with your team.
Can we import our Excel sheets ourselves?
Yes. Save the sheet as a CSV file (Excel does it in one step) and import your deals, projects and tasks yourself. Or leave it to us: we move your data in for you, free.
Do we have to stop using WhatsApp?
No. Keep WhatsApp for talking to customers and your team. The work moves into Oneintelligent: tasks, enquiries and complaints each get an owner and a due date. The AI can even draft your WhatsApp reply to a customer, and you send it from WhatsApp as usual.
Is your data safe? Can you take it out?
Yes. Your data is hosted on AWS, encrypted when stored and when sent, with each company's workspace kept separate and backed up daily. We never sell your data or use it to train AI, and you can export from any module at any time.
What does the AI actually do?
Ask about any deal, project or task, and it answers from your own data: where things stand and what to do next. Ask it to plan, and it drafts the project with a short brief and its tasks. On deals, it summarizes the history, suggests the next step and drafts the follow-up for email or WhatsApp. It always asks before creating or changing anything, and your data is never used to train AI models. More agents are on the way.
Do you replace Tally?
No. Oneintelligent runs alongside Tally and the accounting your CA already uses.
